To uphold its motto, “Dedication to sustainable quality from seed to cup”, HCC-Hawaiian Coffee Company’s Head Barista and Supervisor was trained in Bergamo, Italy for machine, espresso and coffee beverages expertise on late 2002.
To cater to the distinctive of coffee loving people, Hawaiian Coffee was established as coffee dining chains serving some of the world’s premium specialty coffee beverages from hot to iced, caffeine free for kids, iced blended coffee based to cream based freeze and complimented by a variety of food like pasta, sandwiches and cakes. HCC has participated various exhibits both local and abroad; some of these are “Coffee Fest Las Vegas” which was held at Riviera Hotel and Casino on February 28 to March 2, 2003 and 2004, AFEX 2003 to 2007, Coffee and Tea Show 2003, 2004 and 2005, and Franchise Show 2004 and 2005 WOFEX 2006 and 2007.
